Our firm has been established for some years now and despite year on year growth, we're pleased to say that we are still acting for some clients from over 30 years ago!
The secret behind this isn't rocket science. We believe that we offer the best of both worlds, a friendly yet professional service that makes you feel comfortable and helps build strong client/accountant relationships whilst holding fees at a sensible level - we are comparable to even the plethora of "fixed fee" online firms that appear online but with a more personal service.
How do we do this? In short, we invest in modern, fully integrated information technology making our processes even more streamlined and efficient and we value keeping clients over charging high fees but experiencing a higher client "turnover".
So what does this mean for you? In short, we believe we offer big firm service for small firm approachability and cost.
We believe Accountants should be much more than a necessary evil so we try to provide a value added service - that is we actively try to work with you to ensure you get the best deal in everything you do. We also know that it is important for you to be able to contact us at any time which is why we are able to help you regardless of which partner you contact - we all have an understanding of your needs and circumstances. If you prefer to chat face to face, there's no need to telephone for an appointment weeks in advance, we'll always try and make time to see you - we just ask you give us a call to let us know when you're intending to arrive and to keep the appointment!
Finally, unlike many firms, WE DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM FEE. We have taken on many clients who have found that their firm has a minimum fee of £1,000 or even £3,000. Some time ago we began acting for our biggest client who was referred to us by a Decorator so this to us is madness. Part of the joy of working in our profession is meeting clients and enjoying that relationship. Many, many of these clients have fees under £1,000.
